Our very successful Kia dealership in Harlow is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual that can work in a fast paced environment whilst delivery fantastic customer service.
The Role
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years previous automotive sales experience and share the attributes to work under pressure whist being a target achiever and completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
The key qualities we are looking for are:
* Managing relationships with current and previous customers, including regular updates on new products, explaining about current offers and potentially prospecting to offer suitable upgrades where necessary.
* Maintaining your own customer database and managing this effectively as this grows with new enquiries being received on a daily basis.
* Be up to speed on product knowledge and all internal courses administered through our approved manufacturer training programme.
* The ability to consistently hit all necessary targets whilst delivering perfect customer service to ensure great feedback.
* To work under pressure with a real 'Can Do' attitude.
* Maintain good housekeeping standards and administration of your own work.
* A Full Driving Licence Is Essential And No Application Will Be Considered Without One.
In return we offer a industry leading Sales Package with a realistic OTE in excess of £50,000 as well as Company Car, Pension etc.
