Who We Are?
Buns From Home is a lockdown success story! Starting in 2020, with our founder baking cinnamon buns from his mother’s kitchen to now having multiple stores located across London, we have since become a widely known household name for our outstanding services and delicious sweet and savoury buns.
Objectives of this Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Packer to join our team! In our Kitchen Production Unit team at Nord Acton – London (Central Line). Potentially ready to move in the future to our Central Production Unit.
Requirements:
The role will involve weighing out and packing of our internally used products to the right quantities needed for the daily deliveries to our bakeries.
The Shift patterns for this role will be now from:
Five days working and two days off From Monday to Sunday: from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am
The Shift patterns will meet the needs of the delivery department, days and time will potentially change and could be a later night shift for the right candidate.
Duties:
· To be careful weighing, packing and labelling the items correctly
· To organize all the products packed and labelled before
· To understand the order sheets
· To pack all the deliveries and storing away appropriately for the Driver to pick up
· Paying attention to the expiry dates
· To record the stock numbers and reporting on any defective products
· To recognize what products are in line with our high-quality standards, and ready to be sent
· To supervise the junior staff members that may be helping
· Maintain personal and general Hygiene standards at all times
